The NuMicro® MS51 industrial series microcontrollers, highlighted by the MS51EC0AE product, are based on the reputed 1T 8051 core. The microcontrollers run at an impressive speed of up to 24 MHz and pack a considerable memory, with up to 32 Kbyte of Flash memory and up to 2 Kbyte of SRAM. The microcontrollers are designed to flawlessly operate under a wide voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V, and temperature ranging from -40 °C to 105 °C.
