Description

Introduction:
The NuMicro®ML51 series is a range of state-of-the-art, low-power, 1T 8051 core-based microcontrollers that function at a frequency of up to 24MHz. They operate using less than 80uA/MHz in normal runtime and drastically reduce power consumption when powered down to below 1uA. The ML51 serves a wide operating voltage that varies between 1.8V and 5.5V and operates at temperatures ranging from -40℃ to 105℃.
