The NuMicro® M467 and M485 Crypto series are high-performance, low-power microcontrollers designed by Nuvoton. It features the Arm® Cortex®-M4F core with a DSP extension, enabling it to run at speeds of up to 200 MHz while maintaining a dynamic low-power consumption of 175 µA/MHz. This microcontroller is suitable for various applications, such as fingerprint modules, smart payment systems, secure IoT devices, and secure USB devices. One of its strong points is the embedded dual bank Flash memory of 512 KB that supports OTA (Over-The-Air) firmware upgrades. Additionally, the 160 KB embedded SRAM includes a 32 KB cache for accelerated external SPI Flash code execution.
