  1. 1. AI solution for Soil Microbe Prediction and Smart Fertilization 
     

    • Adopting artificial intelligence (AI) to establish a soil microbe prediction system by analyzing the microorganisms within the collected soil samples.
    • Helping to find out the relationship between fertilization and soil microbe composition in around 3-4 months of AI modeling.
    • Farmers can make changes to the fertilization according to the prediction provided by the AI system, ensuring that the soil condition is suitable for microbes that can create more benefits for their crops.
    • Successful application on turmerics cultivation:

Optimization of the timing of fertilization enables crops to grow taller and have higher chlorophyll. 

   

Utilizing shorter planting time to achieve higher curcumin.

     

Improving the soil conditions to have more beneficial microbes and less detrimental microbes.

    • Through transfer learning, it can come up with a specific type of disease prediction AI, with only the environmental data and disease occurrence data of a small amount of farms in the past 
    • Successful Applications:
    • Integrating a few actual data of flower rot into the rice fever prediction model, and converting the prediction model of flower rot, with an accuracy of 83.59%.
    • Converting the botrytis prediction model to an anthracnose prediction system with an accuracy of 81.79%

    • Through biological experiments, the general model of the hatching days of eggs of various pests is derived as one of the key factors in the establishment of the pest outbreak system (for egg hatching, temperature and humidity are important factors.
    • For new pests, Transfer Learning is adopted to adjust the existing model to a new pest model
    • Predict the timing of pest outbreaks through weather forecast information.
