M0, M4 MCU - SW FW / Code protection of program code.

I am evaluating the Nuvoton MCU for my new project.

Does the NuMicro Cortex-M0/M4 Series support the code protected for the user's program code?

And also, how to unlock the LOCK bit on the User Configuration Word?
