Resistors - Specification / Temperature

I am currently using a SMD resistor with a 1210 package size, model number WR10X10R0FTL. The datasheet indicates that it can operate within a temperature range of -55℃ to +155℃, but the actual operating temperature is 100℃. I am wondering if the resistor's lifespan would be affected under these conditions.
