Flash - Specification / QspiNAND FLash - read/write voltage

If I use QspiNAND Flash with the operating 2.7v to 3.6v, and my cut-off supply voltage in the device is under 2.7v.

Is that possible my device system still read under the lower supply voltage?

Is it workable for my system?
