These 1T 8051-based microcontrollers boast a clock speed of up to 24MHz, impressive Flash memory reaching up to 32 Kbyte, and SRAM capacity of up to 2 Kbyte. The devices operate within a voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The MS51 series offers stellar characteristics, such as 15 12-bit ADC channels at 500k SPS, up to 12 PWM channels with individual counters, and GPIO pins that support a driving capability of 20 mA. Achieving ESD and EFT resistivity ratings of 8 kV and 4.4 kV respectively, these microcontrollers are impeccably resilient. To ensure the uniqueness and security of each microcontroller, the series is equipped with a 96-bit Unique Identification (UID) and a 128-bit Unique Customer Identification (UCID) to cater to various applications and customer needs.
