Powered by the Cortex®-M0 processor with a maximum frequency of 50 MHz, the Mini51 series includes a selection of package types such as TSSOP20, TSSOP28, QFN33, and LQFP48. The device also comes with 4 to 32 KB of flash memory for program storage, 2 to 4 KB of SRAM, and configurable Data Flash. The Mini51 series offers advanced built-in features, such as a 10-bit or 12-bit ADC with up to 12 single-end analog input channels and a maximum speed of 700 kSPS. It also boasts up to six-channel PWM or three complementary paired PWM outputs, as well as connectivity options like SPI, I²C, UART, and USCIs. The clock control options provide a high precision 22.1184 or 48 MHz internal RC oscillator with ± 1% accuracy at 25°C and 5V.
