Introduction

The NuMicro® M032 series is a collection of 32-bit microcontrollers developed by Nuvoton. They are based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0 CPU and are equipped with a 32-bit hardware multiplier/divider. Particularly, the M032SE3AE variant has been designed for optimal functionality with an operating voltage spanning from 1.8V to 3.6V, and up to 3.6V tolerance for 5V I/O. This product can operate at temperatures ranging from -40 to 105 ℃, with a maximum frequency of 48/72 MHz.

Function & Applications

The M032SE3AE is an indispensable tool for crystal-less USB applications desiring a 1.8V low-voltage connection interface. It leverages a swift 2 MSPS conversion rate 12-bit ADC and comparators, coupled with a 96/144 MHz PWM control of up to 24 channels—all of which enable rapid, precise data conversion for voltage, current, and sensor data. It then facilitates quick response control to the external device. This microcontroller is capable of accommodating an array of peripherals and supports a flexible Universal Serial Control Interface (USCI) that can be set to UART/SPI/I2C as needed. The product is suitable for applications in Mobile LCD Panel Controller (HMI), IoT Sensing Device, Micro Printer, Gaming Keyboard and Mouse, and TWS Charger among others.
