The N9H20R11N series with the ARM926EJ-S core can operate at up to 200 MHz . It offers 64-pin packages stacked with 2 MB SDRAM Memory to reduce PCB size and EMI issues. Rich peripherals include 2 sets of UART , SDIO/eMMC interface, NAND Flash interface, 16bit LCD controller, Full-Speed USB 2.0 host and High-Speed USB 2.0 device controller to allow more flexibility in designs. The N9H20K11N supports temperature from -20 ℃ to 85 ℃ and targets Home Control, HMI.
