The Nuvoton ARM9 MPUs, based on the ARM® ARM926EJ-S core, comprise of three primary series: N329, N9H, and NUC900. They are designed for versatility in various applications and offer a wide range of features, making them suitable for different customer requirements. One of the key features of the NUC900 series is the support for various memories, including up to 128MB of DDR memory in LQFP package. The LQFP package options available include LQFP64, LQFP128, and LQFP216. The ARM9 MPUs also come with an integrated TFT-LCD controller, supporting up to 24-bit RGB color depth, resolutions up to 1024x768, and an on-board 2D graphic engine for improved display capabilities. For video processing, the hardware video codec supports H.264 at 720P resolution with 25fps, as well as Motion JPEG (MJPEG) format for versatile video performance.
